9/29 Fundraiser for The Vega Family of Glendora
28 09 2012When Glendora High School graduate Chris Vega was diagnosed with leukemia a year ago, community members hosted blood drives and fundraisers in his honor. Sadly, we lost this strong your man this month, but community members are still looking to give back and help this family with their financial needs. The Marino Foundation is heading the fundraising efforts and ask that you help them raise $100k in 30 days to help this family with their financial struggle.
This Saturday, 9/29, you can help by attending a Car Wash Fundraiser honoring Chris Vega. Address is 1011 E. Route 66 and will be from 8am – 12pm. ALL PROCEEDS will go to The Marino Foundation. If you can’t attend, please consider making a donation by check to: The Marino Foundation.
